Medication Policy

Campers should bring all prescription medications in their original labeled containers. Campers may keep and self-administer routine prescription medications unless supervision is required or otherwise directed by a parent, physician, or camp medical staff. Additional medication procedures will be included in the Parent Information Packet prior to camp.

Housing

We'll use the following information to prepare housing assignments and your camp experience.

Residence Hall Information

Campers will be housed in university residence halls under the supervision of camp staff.

Agreements & Acknowledgments

Please review the following camp policies and acknowledgments before completing your registration. These help ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for every camper.

1. Campers are expected to show respect for coaches, staff, other campers, university personnel, and university property.
2. Campers are expected to attend all scheduled camp sessions and activities unless excused by camp staff.
3. Campers are expected to follow all residence hall expectations and remain in assigned areas as directed by camp staff.
4. Campers are expected to observe curfew and follow all overnight supervision guidelines.
5. Campers are expected to use appropriate language and demonstrate positive sportsmanship throughout camp.
6. Tobacco, vaping, alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, and other prohibited items are not allowed.
7. Campers are expected to participate respectfully in daily devotional discussions.
8. Serious misconduct may result in dismissal from camp without refund.
