Deane Webb

Camp Director • Head Men's Volleyball Coach, Indiana Wesleyan University

Coach Deane Webb has more than 30 years of collegiate coaching and athletic leadership experience across the NAIA and NCAA Division I levels. He currently serves as Head Men’s Volleyball Coach at Indiana Wesleyan University after previously serving as the university’s Director of Athletics. Prior to returning to Indiana Wesleyan, he was the head volleyball coach at Ohio University, Belmont University, East Tennessee State University, and Indiana Wesleyan.

Throughout his career, Coach Webb has led teams to multiple conference championships, NCAA Tournament appearances, and more than 400 victories. He has also served the sport through leadership roles with the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), NCAA committees, and club volleyball organizations while earning numerous Coach of the Year honors.

While Coach Webb is passionate about developing skilled volleyball players, he believes his greatest calling is helping young men grow as leaders, teammates, and followers of Christ.

Zach Mayer

Assistant Camp Director • Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach, Indiana Wesleyan University

Coach Zachary Mayer serves as the Assistant Men’s Volleyball Coach at Indiana Wesleyan University, where he helps lead all aspects of the program, including training, recruiting, player development, and scouting. Prior to joining Indiana Wesleyan, he spent two seasons as an assistant coach at The Master’s University, helping establish one of the premier NAIA programs in the country.

 In 2025, his team at The Master’s went undefeated and won an NAIA National Championship, and in 2026, his team continued the success by achieving the record for most consecutive program wins in men’s collegiate volleyball history. Mayer’s teams have also produced several AVCA All-Americans, multiple conference award winners, a handful of AVCA Player of the Year selections, and impressive statistical performances on both offense and defense that top the national charts. 

Coach Mayer is passionate about investing in the complete development of his athletes. He is committed to helping players grow not only in their volleyball skills and competitive mindset, but also in their character, leadership, and faith as they pursue excellence on and off the court. He has a heart for serving others and pursuing Christ, and his love for the Lord shines through in all his work.

Noah Wineberg

Graduate Assistant Coach • Indiana Wesleyan University

Coach Noah Wineberg, serves as the Graduate Assistant Coach for the Men’s Volleyball team at Indiana Wesleyan University. Over the past four years, he played collegiate volleyball at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  He earned all-WHAC as a middle blocker and had the opportunity to serve as team captain. He is excited to help campers grow in their volleyball skills while encouraging them to develop strong character and faith. He looks forward to building relationships and making this an unforgettable experience for every camper.
